The HANDMADE STORY is a WOMEN’s UPLIFTMENT PROJECT
based in the KZN Midlands, creating HANDMADE CERAMIC LIGHTS,
HOMEWARE, ART & OBJET.

Every item we create is ALWAYS MADE BY HAND using our own CLAY ELEMENTS
that we purposefully make to become part of a beautiful piece, that carries it’s own
SPECIAL STORY of UPLIFTMENT - Making a REAL DIFFERENCE
in our poverty stricken local communities of South Africa.
Each piece of clay shows the fingerprints of the Maker - we embrace this
imperfection as it carries the HONESTY & INTEGRITY of everything we do ...
We like to call our items “PERFECTLY IMPERFECT.”
